DIY Injection Molding
In April of 2026, I built a DIY Injection Molding Machine with plans from Buster Beagle and set out to learn injection molding by designing some small toys and figurines. My first figure was a green-army-man styled model of myself, created using my phone as a 3D scanner and cleaned up/reproportioned in Blender. The mold was resin-printed, and the final part was cast in LDPE, which matched the green-army-men inspiration.
